NextGen Youth Leader

Viraaj is a high school student and a Next Gen Youth Leader with the Drishti Foundation, serving with commitment since 2021. He enjoys Taekwondo, chess, and violin, reflecting his focus and discipline. Known for his kindness and compassion, he treats everyone with respect and works to make a positive impact through Drishti’s outreach and leadership efforts.

Shravya , a high schooler,  has served with Drishti since 2022. Her commitment to accessibility and advocacy for the visually impaired is rooted in a strong belief in fairness and equal opportunity. Known for her face‑painting skills, she leads that activity at every campaign. She loves running, music, and spending time outdoors with the people she cares about. 

NextGen Rising Fellow Youth Leader

Harsha is a high schooler volunteering with the Drishti Foundation. With Drishti since 2024, he supports individuals with visual impairments through advocacy, outreach, and community engagement. He loves dancing, singing, playing percussion, and spending time with friends, and is passionate about accessibility, service, and Drishti’s message.

Youth CEO & Co-Founder

Akshara, a co-founder of Drishti, is known for her creativity and leadership skills. She has been instrumental in Drishti's marketing efforts, including outreach to sponsors, beneficiaries, partners, and donors. Alongside building Drishti from the ground up, Akshara has managed the website, events, communications, and volunteer onboarding.

Srikala is the strategic force behind Drishti’s establishment, continuity, and expansion — leading mission strategy, operational execution, campaigns, partnerships, and volunteer engagement with unwavering leadership, while providing the motivation and mentorship that empower the entire team.

Co-Founder

 Reyna, a co-founder,  is very compassionate and always ready to help. At school, she doesn’t miss any opportunity to help teachers and other students. In her free time, Reyna loves to draw/sketch, sing, dance, and play music on violin, guitar, and piano. Reyna is very passionate about Drishti's mission.

Aneesh is a  co-founder of Drishti. Aneesh is passionate about serving the visually impaired. Aneesh is a college student and enjoys Computer programming and Financial planning, skills that he has leveraged for Drishti. Aneesh strongly believes in providing a fair chance and opportunity for everyone.

 Ritvik loves community service and helping others. He is a co-founder of Drishti with the goal of making a difference in the lives of the visually impaired.  Ritvik enjoys building robots and playing music on his bari-sax, guitar, piano and drums. Over the last several years, he took part in several community projects through Boy Scouts. 

West Coast Advisor

Sriaditi is in California and has a passion for volunteering. Over the past 5 years she spent 350+ hours volunteering for multiple causes as well as taking up leadership opportunities in school. She enjoys cooking, digital art and graphic designing. Sriaditi is very determined to make Drishti’s Mission possible
