On Aug 30th, 2026, Drishti Foundation is organizing a 5K Run or 1 Mile walk at Wilson Farm Park, Wayne, PA[Tot Pavillion] to support blind and visually impaired.

Funds raised will support initiatives that empower blind and visually impaired individuals through:
• Vocational training with Royer-Greaves School for the Blind, PA
• Mobility training and employment opportunities via VisionCorps, PA
• Other Local Causes in support of Drishti Foundation's mission to support blind and visually impaired individuals
Runners will be provided bib tags with chips for automated and instantaneous race timing.

Drishti is founded and run by High School and Middle School students who believe in Kathy Calvin's words, “Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference”. This foundation aims at instilling a sense of giving in children and adults alike.
Since its inception, Drishti has organized fundraisers for causes such as Cataract surgeries for the underprivileged, scholarships for the blind, and medical care for visually impaired children. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Drishti has raised funds and sent medical equipment to impacted communities including schools for the handicapped. Some of the organizations that Drishti volunteers have worked with include Chester County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Royer- Greaves School for the Blind, Vision Corps, American Council for the Blind, Children’s Eye Foundation, Overbrook School for the Blind, and the Society for the Blind.
We offer multiple levels of sponsorship, each with unique benefits and opportunities for visibility. Drishti Foundation USA is a nonprofit organization with a primary focus on helping the blind and visually impaired, apart from other charitable activities and voluntary services. It aims to instill the value of service in children and adults alike. Drishti's voluntary work is initiated by high school and middle school children.
Our motto is driven by Helen Keller's words "Because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do". Every service helps, however big or small.
Drishti has conducted fundraisers for causes such as Cataract surgeries for the poor, scholarships for the blind, education equipment for students, and medical care for visually impaired children. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Drishti has raised funds and sent medical equipment for impacted communities including schools for the handicapped. In addition, Drishti volunteers have put in service hours for various causes including - providing audio recordings of books and grocery flyers for the blind, verbally guiding blind people, etc.
Drishti has partnered with organizations like Royer-Greaves School, Sankara Eye Foundation, American Council for the Blind, and Children's Eye Foundation for the above-mentioned causes.
